You will be landing at the Tribhuvan International Airport upon your arrival in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. The team of High Camp Adventure has provided an Airport pickup and drop-off facility as a complimentary service for our trekkers to ensure you have a safe and secure journey from start to end. One of our team representatives will be there at the Airport to transfer to your designated hotel in Kathmandu. Similarly, at the end of the journey, the representative will drop you at the International Airport from your hotel to ensure your return trip is as smooth and relaxing as your arrival.

Accommodations and Meals

Accommodations and Meals provided to you throughout the trek are based on safety, security, and hygiene along with feedback from the trekkers. As at higher elevations, it is hard to find things according to your needs and preferences, so you will be accommodated with a basic facility Tea house that provides you with freshly prepared meals. At some places during the trek, you can order meals according to your preferences but need to pay extra for them. During the peak time for trekking in Nepal, the tea houses are fully packed by trekkers.

Sagarmatha National Park Permit: The Sagarmatha National Park Permit is mandatory for you as your route passes through the National Park which is also considered one of the Conservation Areas in Nepal. This permit is issued by the Department of National Park and Wildlife Conservation Area in Kathmandu. This permit can be obtained from Kathmandu or even from the starting point of the National Park. However, it is advised to you that it’s better to obtain it from Kathmandu for a comfortable and well trekking experience. But you don’t need to worry about the permit as your trekking agency will manage all your permits and documents before the trek.

Before you begin your Summit Climb, one day before your trekking Guide will inform you about all the information and guidelines needed to be followed for a safe and secure climb to the Peak. Your trek starts early in the morning, as the weather is mostly favorable during this time.
